I’d just like to thank you for the beautiful flowers you all sent to us first thing this morning.  What a lovely way to put a smile on someone’s face when their stood in the middle of mess and not knowing where to start. All of your guys have been fantastic. They showed understanding and great empathy and are all very professional. They knew how to put a smile on our faces when we obviously looked like we needed it.

I can’t praise the service I had from Hardacres highly enough. A relatively straightforward local move, but moving house is always fraught with danger! Nothing more satisfying than when the removal team are on-site ten minutes early, and ready to get started. Proficient, and professional and obviously experienced- still not entirely sure how they got the settee into the new house. But they did, and without even damaging woodwork!

I just wish that I had know Hardacres when my children were young, as their efficiency would have been a great help

From the initial conversations and planning down to the relocation from West Ella to Welton. You arrived with a calm, friendly and reassuring manner even though it was a horribly wet and cold day. Both chaps worked extremely hard throughout the day and even managed to get the large sofa and piano into the property without any damage. You made us relax and really helped alleviate the stress. We will certainly recommend your team to our friends and we will be certainly using you again when we move back again into West Ella sometime in the New Year.

Hello Richard,

Just a few lines to say thanks to the three guys who helped move my mums stuff this morning. They did so efficiently and promptly. They were pleasant and cheerful. I was pleased they took great care in the new house to cover the carpets and to ensure no damage was done to the walls as they lugged furniture around. Everything went smoothly. And of course thank you to you too, as ever.

Until the next move. But not for a few more years yet I hope!

Good evening

Finally managed to sit down and write this email to you.

I just wanted to write to you directly and say a massive thank you to yourself and the lads from today!! They were beyond amazing and made the whole move process so easy and they took away all my stress and worry!!

The lad that put all the furniture back together in the bedrooms did it so efficiently and with ease and placed it all perfectly for us!!

All the lads were friendly, polite, and professional they are all a credit to your company.

If I ever decide to move again you will have a returning customer and I will be recommending you to everyone.

This move hasn’t been easy with the delays and problems but knowing your company had us sorted has helped massively and we can not express our thanks in words, your team is amazing.

Well, your men have just left and I wanted to say before I get caught up in the new house what absolute stars they all are.  So kind, considerate, and professional in what is a very stressful time.

You are lucky to have such excellent workers, but I guess it’s partly down to you and your wife fostering such a good workforce.
