Responsibility & Review
Leadership & Ownership
Overall responsibility for this Quality Policy rests with the Managing Directors, Richard and Jacqui Johnson, with day-to-day responsibility delegated to Director Sam Knight and the senior team. Every member of staff is expected to uphold the standards set out here and is empowered to raise concerns without fear.
Regular Review
This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains appropriate to the services we offer and the expectations of our customers. Feedback from customers and staff is central to that review — if we hear the same concern twice, we act on it.
