Good Morning Richard; this is Viv regarding the trip to Scotland for my sister. I just want to say thank you so much for all your help and advice, it’s all finally sorted, the stuff is on its way to Scotland as we speak, including the stuff from Sigglesthorne… So we won’t be needing your company services. But I am so grateful that there was someone out there who did everything they could for someone they didn’t know in a very difficult situation. It kind of restores your faith in human nature, which in this day and age is a rare thing. Thank you again & Merry Christmas.
