On Monday the 5th December, myself and my partner (Miss Amanda Hart), booked with yourselves to move from Loxley Way in Brough to Lancaster Way in Brough.
We were informed by your office that the removal team would arrive around 7:30 – 8:30 on the 5th. I stayed out in Hedon on the night of the 4th with family, returning the morning of the 5th for the move. Shortly after my arrival at Loxley Way, around 7:30 – 7:40 ish, your removal crew arrived.

Steve and Dave, or yourselves cannot be thanked enough. The lads were conscientious, hard working, courteous and professional, throughout the move. The day and the move couldn’t have been smoother, thanks to your crew.  No question, was too much and no job to small, or unacheivable, with Steve and Dave. They really made ourselves feel looked after and comfortable.

Also, praise needs to go to your surveyor James. Without whose visit and quote wouldn’t have secured our business with yourselves. Jame’s approach on his home visit to ourselves, really made me warm to yourselves as a company. I felt spoken to as an individual and not just another client, his manner was informative instructive and confident. He really knew the business inside and out.

I have never used a removal company of your size before (only ever needing a man in a van for minimal moves).

Therefore with this testimonial, a tremendous thanks again for an excellent service and house move. I cannot thank or praise yourselves enough.
