James along with another colleague Lee Mahoney are competing in 3x 10K runs and at the end of the year will do a Skydive;
Event 1: LINCOLN 10K Run: To take place on 02nd April
Event 2: HULL 10K Run: To take place on 18TH June
Event 3: YORK 10K Run: To take place on 06TH August
They are fundraising for Children’s Heart Surgery Fund. It is a charity providing support for children born with Congenital Heart Defects and their families. CHSR raise money to help the children’s heart unit at the Leeds General Infirmary provide who provide the care for its young patients and their families.

Lee’s daughter, 10 year old Kelsey, was born with serious heart problems so it is something very personal to him. She was born with (it is a mouth full) Transportation of the arteries / Tricuspid atresia with VSD, Double Outlet left Ventricle and Pulmonary Stenosis. At 10 years old she has already been through 3 Open Heart surgeries and countless procedures.
