Review: Professionalism at its Best

Just some feedback and a review from our big move yesterday.

AMAZING! Your crew arrived spot on time and after a quick tour to identify what was going on and what was not, got stuck in and cleared the ground floor room very efficiently.

To suggest they ‘knew their job’ would be a huge understatement! They quickly understood that by removing a window pane, everything on the upper floor could be transferred along the level and passed down to the raised tail lift of the big wagon.

By late morning their first load was being off-loaded at Wincolmlee, again through a window and with the aid of a ‘borrowed’ Forklift…..

In all, three loads of the big truck cleared Walton Street; the final load must be manhandled up the stairs.

I am genuinely astounded by how hard all the team worked, not only individually but almost seamlessly as a team, all day long; they finally got away from Wincolmlee at 7 pm after handshakes all around – and still smiling!

A Personal Review

Both personally, and on behalf of Hull Miniature Railway Society, I cannot thank them enough for their sterling effort during the day. They manhandled many ‘heavy & awkward’ items with consummate ease and handled our beloved layouts with such professional delicacy that I never once feared for their safety. If I had stood still for too long, I think I’d have found myself loaded on the van!

I cannot praise your service highly enough, caring and professional don’t cover it sufficiently, ‘above and beyond’ is definitely part of the overall service we received from initial survey to final departure and I/we would not hesitate to recommend Hardakers to anyone.
